ONE at Walmart YBM

Walmart’s Year Begin Meeting (YBM) is an annual leadership summit for its 6,000 store managers. ONE stands as the only financial service and employee program on display at YBM. Each year, the host city’s convention center is transformed into a Walmart Supercenter with aisles of products that will be featured in stores over the next year. For this year’s event, I collaborated with spatial designers, producers, and fabricators to design and produce an interactive booth that reflected the image of ONE’s in-store Walmart Money Center. The booth aimed to familiarize attendees with the benefits of ONE’s offerings and provide guidance on hands-on merchandising strategy. The design included a central island with a glowing ONE logo, a large vinyl wrap for ad placements, and a fully fabricated Plinko game to engage attendees and help them learn about ONE’s latest offerings through a gamified experience.
